Amy Ross
Amy Ross has been working as an artist in Boston since 1997. Prior to attending the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University, she earned a BA in Religious Studies from Connecticut College and a Master's in Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School.
Amy has had solo exhibitions at Jen Bekman Gallery and Jenn Singer Gallery in NYC; Allston Skirt Gallery and Steven Zevitas Gallery in Boston; Overtones Gallery and Kopeikin Gallery in Los Angeles; Walker Contemporary in Vermont; and Romo Gallery in Atlanta.
Amy's drawings are on view in the exhibition "Black & White: Drawings, Photographs, Paintings" at Beth Urdang Gallery in Wellesley, MA, from January 20 to March 4, 2023.
Her recent group exhibitions include "Towards the Light" at Kate Oh Gallery in NY, NY; "Wild Things" at the Cultural Center at Rocky Neck in Gloucester, MA; "Beauty in the Beasts: Animals and Art" at Childs Gallery, Boston, MA; "Gaze" at Storefront Art Project in Watertown, MA; "Magic Mushrooms" at Drive-by Projects, Watertown, MA; "Bird, Nest, Nature" at Bedford Gallery in Walnut Creek, CA; "Nature in Black and White" at Arsenal Gallery at NYC Parks in New York, NY; and "Radical Kingdoms" at Mandeville Gallery at Union College in Schenectady, NY. Amy has also participated in recent group shows and art fairs with Clark Gallery in Lincoln, MA; and 13Forest Gallery in Arlington, MA.
